Sterling Security Co. Ltd. was registered under the laws of Malta on the 7th April 1993. It is leading security services provider and offers a range of services to meet a growing demand for high quality security throughout all areas of commercial and private activities.

Services include Manned Security, Local Wardens, Mobile Patrol Security, Exhibitions and Special Events Security, Security Consultancy, Security Systems, CCTV Remote Surveillance and Alarm Monitoring.

Security personnel employed by Sterling Security are required to undergo a selection and vetting procedure to ensure that each individual has a verifiable employment record and that he can be relied upon to meet the highest standards of service. Sterling Security recognize that no amount of directives and manuals will succeed without there being a 'Quality Culture' in the company. This means that everyone from the newest Security Officer to the Managing Director must be totally aware of what the Company aims to achieve.

To establish this culture Sterling Security has embarked on a series of courses which all employees must attend. The courses are based on S.I.T.O.standards and cover the Security Threat, Patrolling, Security and the Law, the Role of the Security Officer, Access Control, Fire Fighting, Fist Aid and Legal Powers.

All personnel are trained to the point that they are confident and capable of providing a consistent quality service for all our Clients. Maximum benefit is achieved from on site training and mock exercises.

Experienced Supervisors carry out inspections day and night and are responsible for the implementation of the Company's strategy in offering high quality service. Sterling Security has a 24 hour manned Control Room operating the best security technology on the Island. It is also a subscriber to Datatrak System's wireless infrastructure and this has broadened the portfolio of security services provided to our Clients.

Sterling Security holds a Contractual Liability Insurance Policy covering Public Liability, Efficacy and Fidelity, Loss of Keys and Third Part Property.
