Manned Security

Uniformed Security Guards are provided on contractual basis and also for special events and private functions. Sterling Security has been offering this service for the past 10 years and our aim is to offer a range of services to meet a growing demand for high quality security. Security Guards are required to undergo a selection and vetting procedure to ensure that each individual can be relied upon and that the highest standard of service is reached. All personnel undergo a training course and practical deployments until they are confident and capable of providing a consistent quality service.

Security Patrol

Security Patrol is carried out all year round by marked vehicles and experienced uniformed guards. Wireless log stations are placed at all vulnerable locations of the Client's premises and when the patrol is carried out the date, time and the log station number are recorded on the Patrol Tour System. Patrol reports are forwarded to the Client on monthly basis.

Alarm Monitoring & CCTV Remote Surveillance

Alarm systems complete with either an auto dialler or a wireless transmitter are monitored 24 hours a day by trained Base Officer. Surveillance of CCTV is carried out through ADSL or cable connection between the Client's premises and our Control Room. The Client may opt for two different levels of surveillance. Event & Random Surveillance and Event Recording or Constant Surveillance and Recording.

Key Holding & Response Service

Clients who opt for either the Security Patrol, the Alarm Monitoring or the CCTV Remote Surveillance may also opt for the Key Holding Service. The Key Holding service comes valuable in case a security alarm is triggered off and other insecurity situations which are dealt with by the Patrol Guards on behalf of the Client. In addition the Client may also opt for the Response Service which operates on a 24 hour basis all year round.
